Easy Pork Tenderloin

Here is a recipe in video form, perhaps it’s better to call it an idea, for simple pork tenderloin. It’s a healthy meal. I would eat it with a side of brown rice and some vegetables. I don’t have specific measurments in anything I do, like nike i just do it and learn from my mistakes.

If you’d prefer to just read this is what I did.

  1. Pork tederloin bought on sale-$2.50 per lb cut into madalions
  2. marinated in iron chef all natural orange sauce. Now that, i should have made myself to save money. The way i make my sauces are simple. I read the ingrediants list of a sauce and try to mimick it at home, it’s all trial and error, you can do it. Who knows whats in the sauce i used, maybe water, orange zest, sugar or honey something sweet, viniger, ginger, soy sauce? corn starch to thicken, who knows, just mix stuff together and taste, practice makes perfect.
  3. Sauteed in a cast iron skillet. I’ve found that cast iron pans cooke really well. I’ll write a post on caring for cast iron at some point.
  4. Done. Brown rice and veggies and your good to go. Got like 6 or so meals from it.
